AXiOM College has over 15 years experience in training thousands of industry professionals from government and the private sector organisations – across local and state government; small to large nationals and multi-nationals.

- Flexible training
We understand how important it is to maximise your training budget and therefore, we provide flexible training options utilising delivery methods including classroom, on-site, on-line and distance learning. Students are not bound by semester intakes to delay their training. Students can commence at any time during the year through our rolling intake system – just another way in which we ensure students can access their studies at their convenience and employers have qualified staff sooner.
Our trainers work with students to create a personalised training plan utilising flexible delivery methods to enable student the greatest convenience and opportunity to thrive in their study.
Axiom can also tailor our standard courses to meet more specific requirements for business. - Small classes
AXiOM College endorses a personalised and supportive educational value that encourages students to reach their maximum academic potential. Therefore, AXiOM lectures contain an average of only 15 students and are complimented by small groups tutorials and workshops. Lecturers and tutors are also available for private consultation during the semester.

Trainers are industry professionals who wish to share their years of experience in their chosen profession to give students a true understanding of the industry along with the relevant skills and knowledge in their chosen field. Our high selection standards for Trainers is set not only by their delivery style and industry knowledge, but also the high level of support they provide, so each student gains the maximum from their training program.
- Support from start to finish
Providing a supportive training environment means our students can obtain assistance at any time of day through our Student Services Centre. We provide support and advice to students and employers throughout the training schedule to assist help our students graduate successfully. Our support begins with our trainers identifying each student’s individual learning requirements and creating a tailored learning program to suit them. Our on-site visits enable trainers to mentor students in their working environment and advise employers on the progress of their trainee.
- Training facilities
Our training rooms in Brisbane, Cairns, Mackay and Townsville offer comfortable, air-conditioned rooms equipped with up to date training facilities and computer specifications. We provide complimentary tea and coffee making facilities for students to relax and enjoy their breaks in our café-style break areas, along with internet access. Our college locations are chosen for their convenience – close to public transport and near parking.
We provide free internet access to students to utilise during breaks for any research required to enable the maximum amount of time to dedicate to their studies while on campus. - Nationally recognised qualifications
AXiOM College is a Supervising Registered Training Organisation with Certificate and Diploma courses nationally recognised and accredited. Many courses are also Austudy approved with Certificate II to Diploma courses providing a pathway for students to reach their career goals – and may even contribute towards further university study.
- Recognition of prior learning (RPL)
RPL is available to all students studying a qualification or accredited course. If you believe you have the required skills, knowledge and abilities for a unit of competency, qualification or course, which you may have gained through prior study, work experience or life skills, you may elect to apply for RPL. Fees do apply.
Students who have previously completed units of competency for a qualification may apply for a credit for those units. A credit may be awarded where evidence presented maps with and matches the qualification you have enrolled in. Fees may apply.
