TRAINING MANAGER
We are currently seeking an experienced Training Manager to take responsibility for the overall training function of the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be part of the management team.

Responsibilities include:
• Review and monitor daily/monthly targets
• Management of student satisfaction
• Manage and mentor training delivery team
• Training and development of training delivery team
• Continuous improvement of procedures/forms/documentation
• Quality checking of Trainers delivery and documentation
• Manage development of training tools and resources

To be successful for this position you must possess a proven track record in delivering AQTF programs across a range of industry sectors. You will be a leader, able to think and act strategically, manage and grow a team. You will also have an uncompromising attitude to quality training, delivery standards and customer service.

TRAINER

Reporting directly to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Training and mentoring of students both in class and onsite
• Student management and administration as required
• Other duties

To be successful for this position you must possess:-
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A minimum of Certificate IV in the relevant industry you wish to teach (Diploma level preferred) or relevant Degree
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience
• A current training qualification TAA40104 or BSZ40198

Some travel will be required and a current driver's licence is mandatory.

SCHOOL-BASED TRAINEES
Receive formal recognition of industry experience and a national qualification!

AXIOM College fully endorse their delivery of courses to School-based Trainees by making as many as possible Traineeships available within the College to school students looking to receive industry experience and a national qualification by the time they graduate from Year 12. Graduates also have the option for further training, employment, study or even starting your own business!

The College provides a great team environment for trainees, through our growing and stable business, and active social club activities.

Applicants must be well presented and enjoy working as part of a team, must be reliable, dedicated and enthusiastic, and we prefer our trainees are in Year 11. Please refer below for the traineeships we offer and the general tasks required to be completed by the trainee:

Certificate III in I.T.

Variety of duties including:
• Room setups eg. cleanliness
• Computer maintenance
• General IT

Duties and Job Requirements - Australian Apprenticeship:
Certificate III Print & Graphic Design

Variety of duties including:
• Printing & Binding large quantity of manuals
• Photocopying
• Graphic design.
