- Q. How do I enrol?
Click the "Enrol now" button, complete your details and make your payment on-line.
- Q. What credit cards are accepted?
Visa or Mastercard.
- Q. If I am an online student – how long until I receive my login?
You will receive your login details immediately but it may take up to 24 hours for your account to be activated.
- Q. What are the college locations?
Visit our “contact us” page on this website for all our locations.
- Q. Do you have payment plans for your courses?
A payment plan is available to individuals and organisations. Please email info@axiomcollege.com.au for details.
- Q. How do I find information on course content?
After using the left column search engine to find a course, click on "click here for more information". The basic course details will be loaded. If you want information on the course units, refer to the bottom of the page.

- Q. What is your Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process?
Click here to download an RPL Kit and the forms needed to apply for RPL. Candidates would be required to undertake a Self Assessment to indicate which units they would like to apply for RPL in - the Self Assessment is provided by Axiom College . Candidates need to contact Axiom College to discuss fee and enrolment options.
- Q. Do you have the Responsible Service of Alcohol course?
Axiom College do not provide this course at present but are looking to add it back to our training schedule in the near future. Please check with us again if you are looking to train, or arrange for staff to train in this area.
- Q. Does Axiom college provide traineeships?
Yes we do. Please click here to read more about the traineeships we offer.
- Q. Do you provide this course on line?
In the left column of the website is a search facility – click on the "Browse online courses" tab to search of those courses we have available on-line or via CD.
- Q. Am I eligible for the free course?
Click here to link to the Productivity Places Program page on our website which includes eligibility criteria.
- Q. I would like to get course dates for the remainder of this year as well as some more information on the courses.
For short courses, refer to the "Download Centre" page on our website and download the short courses training schedule for your area – Brisbane, or Cairns.
- Q. Once I order my CD, how long until I receive it?
It will be posted to you within 7-10 days with your password/username.
- Q. Can I get a replacement Certificate for RSA?
Yes we can replace your certificate for RSA. The cost for a replacement will be $20. On receipt of your payment you replacement certificate will be forwarded to you.
- Q. What are the day class times?
The classes run from 9am-4:30pm.
- Q. Forklift Licence Course
The cost of the course is $500 and all training is done at your workplace. If you are currently unemployed then we would not be able to provide this service as we do not have the facilities at the college to run this course.
- Q. Blue card - how can I be sure to receive my card on the day?
A photo ID must be produced to receive your card - alternatively a Birth Certificate or other forms of ID.
