How do I enrol?
After choosing your course via the 'browse courses' menu, simply click on the 'enrol now' button. Fill out your personal details and enter your credit number to complete your enrolment. If you are purchasing an online course, you will be issued your username and password to your email address so you can begin immediately. There is a 'how to enrol' guide available under the 'helpful links' menu below.
What credit cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners (3% surcharge) or American Express (AMEX) (3% surcharge).
What online courses do you offer?
There are a number of online courses available. Please download our short course schedule to see what is available online under our 'downloads' tab above. Our most popular online courses are featured on our home page including construction White card, RSA, RSG, Food Handlers (Food Safety Supervisor A) and the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
I have just enrolled online, how long will I need to wait to receive my login?
You will receive your login immediately once payment has been made. On rare occasions it may take up to 24 hours for your account to be activated. If you have not received your username and password within 24 hours, please contact 1800 114 419.
I accidently enrolled twice, are you able to fix this?
Please send an email to info@axiomcollege.com.au with the name of your course, your details and your enrolment ID (if received). Our accounts department will ensure you are refunded the difference.
What internet browser should I be using?
We recommend using Google Chrome when undertaking your online course, however latest versions of Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer is also compatible.
Where do I send my assessments?
Send all assessment work with your enrolment ID to assessments@axiomcollege.com.au. In your subject line please have your 'Name – Enrol ID – Unit code'.
I am currently enrolled in a course and have a few questions. Do you have support?
If you can't find the answer you are looking for on our website, then please contact our student services department at ssc@axiomcollege.com.au. One of our consultants will contact you shortly.
Is the student services centre open on weekends or after hours?
The student services centre is open during business hours only from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (QLD TIME). For any enquiry after hours, you will be able to email it through to ssc@axiomcollege.com.au.
Where is Axiom College located?
Visit our 'contact' page above for all our locations, maps and contact details. You are able to complete any nationally accredited certificate/diploma course anywhere in Australia.
Do you have payment plans available?
Payment plans can be made available to individuals or organisations. This is usually dependent on individual circumstances and mutual agreement. An admin fee may be charged.
Can I pay for my course on the day?
While payment through credit card is the preferred method, you are able to pay on the day for any safety or hospitality short course enrolment. All payment must be made before your course commences. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to arrange this.
What is your Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process?
Credit can usually be given if you have evidence of work undertaken in your chosen area of interest. Please look under the 'downloads' tab to download your RPL brochure on what is required. Candidates will need to contact Axiom College to discuss fee and enrolment options.
I am doing the online TAE course, how do I answer the questions?
When logging into your online TAE course, it will open to a landing page. This page should load an instructional video which explains how to navigate and answer your assessment questions. Sometimes you may need to wait a minute for the video to load. The menu is available by simply clicking on the side panel. You may answer your assessment questions in any order you wish.

What is the ACCESS program?
The Australian Apprenticeships Access Program is funded by the Australian Government and provides disadvantaged job seekers with pre-vocational training and other forms of assistance. Please click on the 'ACCESS PROGRAM' logo below for more information under 'helpful links'.
Am I eligible for any funding?
Please click on our 'Incentive eligibility' link to see if you are eligible for possible Government funding. A consultant will then contact you within 48 hours. This link is located below under 'helpful links'
Where can I find course dates for the year?
You can find dates through the Axiom College search course function or by downloading the PDF short course schedule under the 'downloads' tab above.
I can't find what I am looking for on your website, am I able to talk to someone?
Please call 1800 114 419 and ask to speak to a consultant about your course of interest. There may be more information on our 'downloads' link at the top of the page.
I have ordered my course on CD, how long will it take to receive it?
Delivery may take up to 3 weeks. We will do our best to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
I have lost my white card / RSA / RSG / Certificate. Can I get a replacement?
If you originally acquired your card/certificate through Axiom College, we will be able to replace this for you. The cost of replacement is from $20.
How long do classes run for?
Depending on the course chosen, classes normally run from 9am to 4pm. Please check your confirmation for specific dates and times, or request another from our friendly team.
Is there parking available at the college?
There is no onsite parking available, however off-street parking may be available in the surrounding streets (time limits), and paid parking bays. Public transport is available for all of our campuses, and is the most cost effective alternative. Milton train station is a 5 minute walk to the Milton based campus.
Is lunch included if my class runs for a day or more?
Lunch is not included however there is complimentary tea or coffee available with access to snack vending machines. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.
Can I get my Forklift Licence through Axiom College?
We are able to train this course onsite, based on numbers. We are also able to offer refresher courses at a reduced rate for those that have already acquired their licence but would like more training.
Do I receive my 'White card' on the same day?
If you are completing this course at our campus, and you have brought your photo ID along, then you will receive your card the same day. If completing online, it is possible to receive the same day if you formalise your paperwork at our campus, or if you complete your course online at our campus.
Why do I need a Justice of the Peace (JP) to certify my documents?
The number of legal procedures required for business has grown so complex, that the Australian government has introduced the Justice of the Peace system that is quick, reliable and does not place a greater burden on legal practitioners and officers. For our online course, it is a requirement that Axiom College receives a signed copy of your photo identification signed by a 'Justice of the Peace'. It formalises paperwork which allows us to issue you with your certificate.
