AXIOM College fully endorse their delivery of courses to School-based Trainees by making as many as possible Traineeships available within the College to school students looking to receive industry experience and a national qualification by the time they graduate from Year 12. Graduates also have the option for further training, employment, study or even starting your own business!

- Contract Trainer (Legal) - Brisbane
Axiom College is one of Queensland’s leading Registered Training Organisations based in Milton with regional campuses in Cairns, Mackay and Townsville. We pride ourselves in providing high quality short courses to our corporate and individual clients, as well as offering nationally-accredited, Certificate and Diploma courses.
Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a Contract Trainer/Assessor with extensive experience in the legal sector and in delivering training qualifications to various organisations in accordance to the AQTF standard. The training role will be located in our Brisbane office however there may be some support required in our regional offices.
Ideally, this role will suit an experienced trainer who has delivered training for RTO's in the Certificate III Business Administration (Legal) and Certificate IV and Diploma in Legal Services.
To be successful in this role you will have:
· An outgoing personality
· Strong work ethics
· Excellent communication skills
· The ability to be flexible
· Industry experience
· Essential Candidate Requirements:
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA)
· Relevant qualification or proven experience working within the legal sector
· Experience delivering workplace training ( including collecting evidence of competence and applying flexible learning strategies)
· Assessing trainees in the workplace and in accordance with training package requirements
The position is for a contractor and we require the applicants to have the following:
· Public Liability Insurance
· ABN
· Any other Insurance required for an Independent Contractor
Successful applicants will need to be suitably qualified and experienced within the legal sector, and hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
