The Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is a nationally-recognised qualification and the industry benchmark for those responsible for competency-based training program design, development, delivery and assessment in the Vocational and Technical Education sector.

Course outline
• Do you have years of industry experience and would like to train others? • Are you looking for a career change? • Are you looking to re-enter the workforce after rehabilitation? • Do you want an alternative to retirement? Enrol your in Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAA40104) and on graduating, you can work as a Training Officer, Trainer or Assessor in a training organisation or in the workplace.

COURSE CONTENT INCLUDES: • Work effectively in vocational and technical education • Foster and promote an inclusive learning culture • Ensure a healthy and safe learning environment • Use Training Packages to meet client needs • Design and develop learning programs • Plan and organise group-based delivery • Facilitate work-based learning • Facilitate individual learning • Develop assessment tools • Plan and organise assessment • Assess competence • Participate in assessment validation.
SUPPORTED ON-LINE TRAINING Axiom College provide full support to your training - if you have any question you may email or call a Trainer for more information, or, if you wish you may join a day or evening class for more interaction regarding your studies. Students have up to 12 months to complete the course. A general indication of course duration is approx 90 hours.
